Thomas Bryer is professor in the School of Public Administration at the University of Central Florida and in the Faculty of Social Sciences, Arts and Humanities at Kaunas University of Technology in Lithuania. Additionally, he holds visiting appointments at Edge Hill University in United Kingdom and Stellenbosch University in South Africa. He is the author or editor of seven books, with three more under contract. These include Handbook of Theories of Public Administration and Management (2021), Citizenship and Ethics (2020), Poor Participation: Fighting the Wars on Poverty and Impoverished Citizenship (2018), and Social Media for Government (2016).
